Black Belt Privacy - Applying Proven Business Process Improvement Techniques to your Privacy Program

  • Metro Toronto Convention C (map)

Ontario Access, Privacy, Security and Records Management Forum 2013

Pre-conference workshop

John Wunderlich will present a workshop on applying continous improvment techniques to existing privacy programs. Recent decisions from regulators have made it clear that having policies are not enough. Policies need to be implemented, and implementation requires processes. By applying tools and techniques he learned as a Six Sigma Black Belt, responsible for business process improvement, John will show attendees at this workshop some easy to apply tools to establish baselines, identify metrics, and identify where in their program they can be most effective in applying process improvements. If you are interested in measuring your privacy program, or if you have a requirement to prepare privacy program reports for executive leadership, this workshop may be ‘made to measure’ for you.
