Police went too far, judge rules

The case involves the police charging a person for, at the end of the day, refusing to talk to them and pay attention. Instead of sulking off, the police actions could be interpreted as finding him guilty of WWB (Walking While Black). The judge’s decision highlights the crucial role that privacy and anonymity in day to day life and in the protection of the rest of our rights.
